My interest in photography began in my early teenage years while on holiday touring Ireland.  Having decided to turn this interest into a career, I spent three years at IADT, Dun Laoghaire studying a Diploma in Technology in Commercial Photography achieving my Diploma in September 2004.  During this time I was involved with projects such as the Barry's Tea Art of Photography, the 2Day and 2Morrow Photography Auction in aid of The Irish Cancer Society and the ESB Environmental Photography Awards.  Although college introduced me to all of the photography genres out there, I knew that I would always end up specialising in people photography.

Pamela Bloe Photography will celebrate it's first anniversary in Magheraclogher, Bunbeg (just opposite Seaview Hotel) at the beginning of April. Because of the course in IADT and camerawork having always been her favouite pastime, Pamela is already a very experienced photographer.  She has professionally photographed many weddings, portraits and special occasions etc. and has built up a very substantial portfolio and customer base. Pamela has a very long list of satisfied customers who visit on a regular basis building up a catalogue of their children's early years.  Pamela works locally, nationally (having photographed weddings in Offaly, Sligo, and Dublin), and internationally (having photographed weddings in Scotland and Lanzarote).

Pamela Bloe Photography mainly concentrates on "people" photography, and believes that the best results are achieved when the subject is having loads and loads of FUN, as a visit to Pamela's studio will testify. Pamela is fluent in both film and digital photography and can adapt her photography style according to circumstance and situation.  Pamela Bloe Photography offers you a unique, youthful and energetic vision, always looking out to create that something a wee bit different.

Pamela Bloe Photography's approach to wedding photography is "YOUR" approach, basically whatever you want is what you get.  Weddings are a big day so to ensure everything runs smoothly we will meet with you and plan your day in advance.  This meeting also gives you the opportunity to become comfortable with me, because if you're not relaxed in your photographer's company, then this will show in the final images.  I thrive to capture the little details along with the special moments imaginatively and discreetly, and thus providing you with an album of your day that you can treasure and remember forever.
