"It's that time of year again!  Happy Faces Day 2007 will happen on Sunday 1st April.

Happy Faces Day is a nationwide charity event where individuals come to get their photograph taken by participating IPPA photographers.  What happens is you donate ?20 to charity and get a 7x5 professional portrait in return.  This years chosen charity is DEBRA Ireland.  All of the €20 goes to the charity with all costs being carried by each individual photographer.

Pamela Bloe Photography raised just under €2,000 last year.

This year we want to do even better!  We are planning on having a really fun day for all the family, details are yet to be confirmed, but we plan on having a bouncy caste, face painters and some stilt walkers outside our studio in Bunbeg.  Refreshments will also be provided.  So if you want to support a really worthy cause and go home with a professional portrait, then either Call us now on

Pamela Bloe photography had their offical opening on 23rd April 2006 in Bunbeg, Co.Doneagal.  Mickey Joe Harte, Ireland's Eurovision song contest entrant in 2003 opened Pamela's new studio, here are some pictures from the day.

Mickey Joe Harte cuts the ribbon to officially open the Pamela Bloe Photography Studio in Bunbeg. Included are Charlene, James, Brid and Pamela Bloe.

Happy faces Day was a charity event organised by Irish professional photographers association, where photographers nationwide provided their services free of charge on April 1st to photograph "Happy Faces".  Sitters paid a fee of €20.00 and received a 7x5" print in return.  All monies went to this year's chosen charity "Angels Quest".

Pamela Bloe Photography raised just under €2,000.00 for the charity.  A calendar of images will now be produced and on sale in time for Christmas.  Pamela has 26 images selected for the calendar, some of which you can see here.  Happy Faces Day will be an annual event!!
